The meeting was started with a prayer led by Mrs. Jennifer Talaue followed by
checking of attendance and discussion of the agenda chaired by Mrs. Alma U.
Cardines, AP Coordinator.

2. Online Teacher Needs assessment for Araling Panlipunan and Junior High School
Teacher
The result of the assessment will be the basis to provide trainings that will suit the
needs of Araling Panlipunan Teachers. The online assessment is posted at SDOLP-
ONLINE-QAME at SDO Las Piñas
Araling Panlipunan Teachers from Grade 1 -11, Grade 2 – 10, Grade 3 – 7, Grade
4 – 3, Grade 5-3, and Grade 6-3.
Due date of SDOLP online is on Monday June 11, 2018.

3. Professional Learning Community (PLC) every grade level will submit a PLC monthly
report to Ma’am Padolina.

4. On Tuesday, June 12, 2018, celebration of Independence Day. All AP teachers will
integrate the value of Independence Day on their discussion. Make activities like flag
making or colouring and short dramatization, take pictures and write a short narrative.
Submission on Thursday, June 14, 2018.

5. Demonstration Teaching. Araling Panlipunan Master Teacher will be the one who will
execute the demonstration teaching. Our principal will choose from the 2 Master
teachers. Dr. April Carmi Macasojot from Grade 2 and Dr. Walter Antolin from Grade 3.

6. The focal person of AP teacher per grade level will submit an Action Plan for the
whole year submission on Friday, June 23, 2018.

7. Make Group Chat for AP teachers for easy dissemination of memo, agenda and
messages. Add all teachers teaching AP per grade level.

8. AP teachers will submit 1x1 ID pictures until Thursday, June 14, 2018 to be paste on
index card for observation data.

9. Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) will distribute box. Adviser will select 1 pupil per
section/room to bring the papers or kalakal on Kalakal area every Friday.
