Pre-Cooling/Heating Using a Power Cart: Check
battery voltage (min 23.0 volts), plug in GPU, turn on battery, then
turn on ext. power. For cooling, verify ext. power on, then turn on
the "Sys" switch and check that "cool" is selected. Verify that the
compressor in the rear of the aircraft is running & that cool air is
coming from the fan in the rear of the aircraft. For heating, use the
same procedure except select "Heat" & turn the "Recirc" blower on,
if desired. Verify that heat is coming from the vents.
