A. Progress Report of Teachers- list of students with failing grades; Students at Risk of dropping out
(SARDO). All teachers.
B. Teacher’s Progress Report- Details for each section (enrolment (total number), literacy rate,
failures, and numeracy rate) for advisory class.
C. Individual Work-plan- Objectives for Drop-out rate, Failure rate, Literacy rate/ Strategies used to
solve or meet the objectives given.

II. Christmas Party and Family Day

A. School Memo for students Christmas Party (December 21, 2016), all class advisers are mandated
to conduct the Christmas party on December 21, 2016 is strictly compulsory.
B. Christmas party for teachers.
