Titan Façade Panel

CLD Structural Cavity Battens are an alternative to traditional timber

battens used with the installation of Titan Façade Panel. Due to its composition
Flexible sealant in join
and stability, the batten acts as a structural element when fixed to the framing.
This means the cladding can be fixed to the batten without the fixing
penetrating the framing.

National installation trials using the new Titan® Façade Panel technical specification
with the new CLD® Structural Cavity Batten indicate an approximate 30% saving
on both materials and labour making Titan Façade Panel an affordable cladding option.
CLD® Technology
CLD Structural Cavity Battens are manufactured using James Hardie’s patented breakthrough technology, CLD.
This technology enables thicker profiles and delivers enhanced durability and stability when compared with other
traditional timber alternatives.
