The registration fee is $295. The fee does not cover insurance.
REFUND POLICY
The registration fee is transferable, but not refundable. EXCEPTIONS will be considered for medical
and family emergencies or visa refusal. Documentary verification will be required.

Each delegate should purchase short term travel insurance (STT) from Adventist Risk Management.
This is done through your division. NO APPLICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT MEDICAL/

WORKSHOP OPTIONS
Workshops will be offered during the Congress. They will be structured around the themes: Community,
Mission, and Discipleship.

Each delegate will have an opportunity to participate in two workshops per day.

Please rank your top six (6) preferences for each workshop from 1-6 with 1 being the highest. Delegates will be
placed on a first come, first serve basis. Outreach Activity will take the duration of two (2) workshops.
