International Islamic University offers franchise and consultancy for opening and establishing ‘IIUI
Schools’ under the umbrella of International Islamic University Islamabad for all organizations or
individuals who wish to invest in and promote education. IIUI also offers to revamp existing schools and
provide complete services to convert existing schools into a part of ‘IIUI Schools’ by making sure it
meets all the required criteria.

FRANCHISE SERVICE SPECIFICATION

Maintaining high quality and standards remains the focus for IIUI Management for IIUI School
Franchise. All confirmed Directors of Schools (Franchisee) will be provided in addition to its ‘Brand
Name,’ in- depth information, documentation and consultation on each of the components mentioned
below:
1. Setting up, selection and suitability of rental premises and resources
2. School Philosophy
3. Course Design and Curriculum
4. School Academic / Administration Systems
5. Accounts
6. Teacher Selection/ Recruitment and Training
7. Continued Professional Development of Staff
8. Quality Assurance and Control

Consultancy Services for Existing Schools

 1. To review systems, policies, facilities and staff of existing schools and revamp according to pre-
set criteria to meet the eligibility to be termed as a ‘IIUI School’
2. To train existing staff to assist them to meet the challenges of the new curriculum and methods
3. Prepare feasibilities for any type of educational project or venture

All services will be provided by internationally qualified staff with extensive local and foreign experience
to create a school ready to face the challenges of the new millennium
 
Franchisee Role and Requirements
Financial Role: The franchisee is required to make payments according to the following:

Administrative Role:
The Franchisee will be required in partnership, close communication and initiative to follow all systems
and modules provided by IIUI Schools Management. Franchisee will need to invest financially with an
initial franchising fee, but also bear capital and running costs that are necessary for setting up and launch
of schools such as building rental, printed materials, furnishing, staff salaries, equipment and resources
etc. Full details will be provided so that initial expenses are determined.
