Terms & condition:

 Your office timing would be as per working policy.

 You will be entitled for holiday as per holiday list decided by Trust.
 The Trust can terminate your services if any corruption or nuisance found.
 You will be entitled to mobile allowance coherent to project policy.
 Qualitative performance, target orientation is going to be the deciding factor of your future growth in the
project.
 Trust accepts that you will upgrade your skills and knowledge according to the need of organization and
time.
 You may be assigned any additional responsibility or shall be relieved from certain responsibilities as per
the need and the policy of the Trust. You shall also have to carry all such incidental and connected duties
as may be required in the interest of carrying out the jobs efficiently. Apart from the usual, your activities
will also extend over any other kind of work as may be required by the circumstances and the
management’s decision in the regards will be conclusive and final.
 Your services are liable to be transferred to any other division, activity or geographical location of this
Trust or may of its associates in such eventuality, you will be governed by the terms & condition and the
remuneration as applicable to such new Place to which your services may be temporally or permanently
transferred, that on your will, therefore you may not be entitled to any additional compensation.

During the continuation of your services, incumbent upon you to:

A) To attend tour duties honestly and utmost diligence and devote your working hours/time only for the
Trust.
B) Not to commit any act, which are not in the interest and/or detrimental to the interest of the trust and
/or its member and / or its associates, and/ or its client`s.
C) You shall not commit any act that blinds the trust in any manner and you shall not represent the trust
unless permitted in writing.
D) You shall not commit any act of normal turpitude.
E) You shall follow the direction and instruction given by the managements from time to time.
F) You shall also be required to complete all the tasks and assignments given to you to the satisfaction of
the management as discharge sufficiently all the responsibilities.
G) Your any act, which constitutes misconduct, even if committed out establishment, is subject to
disciplinary action.

It is agreed that notwithstanding the reference to arbitration the parties here to shall continue to be bound
by the agreement and shall continue to honour their respective obligation under this agreement.
