program for municipalities in Connecticut that want to take steps towards sustaining their quality of life in
their community over the long term. Sustainable Connecticut encompasses issues such as global warming,
pollution, biodiversity, land use, air and water quality, equity, buying local, local living economies, and
sustainable agriculture. Implemented and sourced corporate sponsorship programs as well as sources of
additional funding through governmental agencies and private foundations. Created the program to be
replicated to fit different communities and states across the country.
Sold title insurance for commercial as well as residential real estate. Sourced and developed clients
through existing contacts and generated new leads. Collaborated with colleagues in team environment to
provide exceptional experience and needs of individual clients.
Built vertically integrated real estate company from ground up. Acquired 3,000,000 square feet of
