HYDRAULIC CYCLE:

Step 1:

Press Cycle Start push button,

ON - Feed Valve (V01), Drain Valve (V04) & Bypass Valve (V07)

After 5 - Sec, ON - UF Feed Pump – 1 & 2.

Step 2:

After 15 Sec, First OFF any one of the UF Feed Pump - ½

ON - Permeate Valve (V02)

OFF - Drain Valve (V04) & Bypass Valve (V07)

STEP 3:

After 1800 Sec, First OFF UF Feed Pump - ½

With a time delay of 5 Sec, OFF – Feed Valve (V01) & Permeate Valve (V02)

ON - Backwash Inlet Valve (V03), Drain Valve (V04), Air Inlet Valve (V05) &

Air Outlet Valve (V06)

After 5 - Sec, ON – Air Blower for UF.

After 30 - Sec, OFF – Air Outlet Valve (V06)

After 5 – Sec, ON – UF Backwash Pump – ½

STEP 4:

After 30 Sec, First OFF Backwash pump - ½ & Air Blower for UF

With a time delay of 5 Sec, OFF - Backwash Inlet Valve (V03), Drain Valve

(V04), Air Inlet Valve (V05) & Air Outlet Valve (V06).

Repeat the Step - 1 to Step – 4 for 14 cycles, this is a cyclic Process


UF STREAM-2

HYDRAULIC CYCLE:

Step 1:

Press Cycle Start push button,

ON - Feed Valve (V08), Drain Valve (V11) & Bypass Valve (V14)

After 5 - Sec, ON - UF Feed Pump – 3 & 4.

Step 2:

After 15 Sec, First OFF any one of the UF Feed Pump – 3/4

ON - Permeate Valve (V09)

OFF - Drain Valve (V11) & Bypass Valve (V14)

STEP 3:

After 1800 Sec, First OFF UF Feed Pump – 3/4

With a time delay of 5 Sec, OFF – Feed Valve (V08) & Permeate Valve (V09)

ON - Backwash Inlet Valve (V10), Drain Valve (V11), Air Inlet Valve (V12) &

Air Outlet Valve (V13)

After 5 - Sec, ON – Air Blower for UF

After 30 - Sec, OFF – Air Outlet Valve (V13)

After 5 – Sec, ON – UF Backwash Pump – ½

STEP 4:

After 30 Sec, First OFF Backwash pump - ½ & Air Blower for UF

With a time delay of 5 Sec, OFF - Backwash Inlet Valve (V10), Drain Valve

(V11), Air Inlet Valve (V12) & Air Outlet Valve (V13).

Repeat the Step - 1 to Step – 4 for 14 cycles, this is a cyclic process.


Interlocks:

1. Clear Water Tank Level Low – Trip the Working Filter Feed Pump.
2. Clear Water Tank Level High – Only Alarm.
3. UF Filtrate Water Tank Level Low – Trip the Working Backwash Pump.
4. UF Filtrate Water Tank Level High – Only Alarm.
5. UF Stream-1 DPS High – Produce Alarm and Sequence push to standby mode.
6. UF Stream-2 DPS High – Produce Alarm and Sequence push to standby mode.
7. UF LPS Low - Produce Alarm and Sequence push to standby mode.

Pressing Cycle Stop or Changing the Auto Selection to Manual Selection, First the Working Pump
has to OFF and then the corresponding Valves has to OFF with a 5secs time delay.

If any power failure or cycle stop, After pressing the cycle start the plant will be
started, where the cycle stop.
