Roles and Responsibilities:
 Assisted HR department employees with daily administrative duties
 Assisted HR manager with resume screening, interview scheduling.
 Assisted HR manager with exit interviews
 Assist HR manager with onboarding new hire training for new employees
 Helped with receptionist responsibilities when needed
 Reviewed all applications and resumes to determine the viability of candidates.
Synopsis:This project is the analysis of recruitment and selection process through a questionnaire and tried to find
out which methods and various other information related to recruitment and selection used for recruiting the
candidates and on what basis the selections is done.
