Introduc>on  

The  build  for  this  router  table  was  done  with  38x63mm  CLS  
>mber  (1  ½”  x  2  ½”).  The  quality  of  the  >mber  wasn’t  great  and  
it  therefore  wasn’t  all  uniform  thickness.  
I  also  used  2  1/2”  (63mm)  pocket  hole  screws  to  join  the  frame  
and  50mm  (2”)  woodscrews  to  secure  the  top  to  the  frame.  
The  fence  and  table  top  use  18mm  (3/4”)  MDF  you  could  use  
plywood.    
You  will  also  need  some  ¾”  T  Track  (cut  to  length)  and  8mm  T  
bolts  with  threaded  knobs.
