Dear Sir:

I am SSg Florentino A Cañedo 676115 PA, assigned at CSSO/Combo Platoon and

presently occupying military quarters at Door 7, Building 7, WESTMINCOM Apartment,
AFP, Camp Navarro, Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City. Sir, I filed for optional retirement
from the military service effective 12 September 2011 and planned to transfer
residency at Tacurong City, South Cotabato.

In this connection may I humbly ask for humanitarian consideration to extend my

occupancy in the said quarters until 30 April 2012 considering at present that I have
two(2) children studying in Southcom Elementary School and at Zamboanga City High
School (West).
