This agreement is for personal services of Courtney Kania, Harpist, for the affair
described above between the undersigned client.

Harpist agrees to provide professional sound equipment and any special considerations
as detailed. A standard electrical outlet may be required.
The musician will play approximately 48-52 minutes out of each hour it is booked for, to
allow for break.
Unless specified, musician will be dressed in semi-formal attire.
This agreement guarantees the musician will be ready to perform at the place specified
above.
Contract time is two hours unless otherwise stated.
Client will provide save and appropriate indoor and/or outdoor working conditions.
The Client agrees that the performance will not take place outdoors under inclement
weather, as determined by musician.
The Client must be certain that facility is open and accessible for forty-five minutes prior
to start time of performance.
The Client accepts responsibility for the safety, loss, or damage to the musician or the
equipment used by the musician for the performance while on the premises of the
engagement.
The Client must furnish adequate travel directions to place of engagement if needed.
Balance due is to be paid in full upon arrival, the day of the event.
