Noah's spaceship to Mars
MISSION DESCRIPTION
As future scientists NASA has asked the students from
Year 3 to provide classification for a group of animals
that have been relocated to Mars.

Your parents have been very irresponsible in

sustaining our plant, so to ensure the future of our
precious animals NASA has selected multiple species
of animals to be relocated to the planet Mars.

YOUR MISSION:
In teams of 3 your mission is to:
1. Sort the animals into the classification groups.
2. Using the materials NASA have provided create an
enclosure for each classification group.

MATERIALS: EACH ENCLOSURE

MUST HAVE:
Boxes
Animals Habitat/plant life
Glue, Sticking tape, Shelter
Leaves, sand, sticks Watering hole
Cardboard, paper Reflect their habitat on
Earth

OUR ACTION PLAN

1. Classify your animals

2. Draw a plan of what your enclosure labelling the
materials you will use and
3. Build your enclosure using the materials in your
design.
