IT History Exhibit Group Charter

Group Members:​ Kayla Harlan and Noelle Schwegel

Objective: ​Members of Group 1 will work together in a cooperative and collaborative manner to
complete the IT History Exhibit for INTC 5001. We will designate equals tasks and
responsibilities to each group member and consider the overall scope and sequence of the
assignment when working together. We will submit our completed IT Exhibit to Dr. Ackerman by
October 18, 2018 for her final review.

Group Rules:
1. We will openly communicate and collaborate with each other through text messaging,
our group’s Blackboard message board, and/or Zoom/BBC Ultra.
2. We will both attend an online Zoom/BBC Ultra meeting to collaborate together to discuss
possible project topics.
3. Listen openly to group member’s viewpoints and ideas, especially alternative viewpoints.
4. Keep the meeting schedule flexible, based on group member availability.
5. We will collaborate on Google Docs in order to view each other’s work.
6. We will utilize the “comment” feature on Google Docs to provide feedback and revise our
work after reviewing comments.
7. We will follow the “Activity Tracker”, project rubric, and syllabus to meet all expectations
of the project.
8. In a timely manner, we will complete sections of the project before the deadlines arrive.
9. IT Exhibit will be submitted by October 2nd, 2018, and a final draft of the project will be
submitted by October 18th, 2018.
10. We will use Dr. Ackerman’s feedback and the material being learned throughout the
course to drive our exhibit’s final design.
