To Whom It May Concern,

I am very please to write this letter of recommendation for Morgan Taylor. Morgan was a
PS1 student in my grade 2 classroom in fall 2017. During the few months she spent in my
classroom, Morgan developed strong relationships with the students and demonstrated a
strong capacity for teaching.

Morgan arrived to school every day with a warm smile, which continued throughout the
day. She developed good rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. Students
responded positively to her caring attitude and appreciated the effort she made to learn
about their needs as learners in the classroom, as well as their lives outside of school.

Morgan developed relationships with students quickly and this enabled her to plan
lessons based on the needs of her students. She was able to successfully plan instruction
based on student interest to engage students in their learning. Morgan demonstrated
self-reflection and valued feedback on her lessons. She did not hesitate to ask questions
about curriculum, school/class dynamics, individual students, and how she could improve
her teaching.

Morgan’s positive attitude and teaching ability will be an asset to any school.
