MSR enhancement process completion resulted in saving large amount of space on the

server and improved MSR waterfall process runtime. � Development completed


successfully in a timely manner for valuations Action Plan related items which
resulted in customer impact. � Development process of data staging from Teradata
ICDW completed for CED data and CPV data staging process is in progress which
resulted in loss of needed data retrieval. � Followed jira process flow starting
from initial request to requirement gathering, development for all the jira items
assigned. � Reached out to business on business statuses and steps involved in
completing the jira item. � Performed completion of data model request as per
requirements in timely manner. � Provided BRD, FSD, sprint documents for data model

Mid year
The first half of the year has been BAU - creating new reports and implementing
exclusions as per the current MSR process and Sujatha has been performing as
expected. Below are some opportunities to improve based on the profitability
measures:
1. There is scope for consolidating some of the MSR reports into one and help
reduce the evergreen inventory count of MSR reports - i.e. the DCT, deal population
and MV file reports.
2. Building the automated purge process is another way to improve the space saving
and run time costs.
3. Implement the 0 UPB change for all exclusions.

Year end
Sujatha has provided some good solutions to the business and the above listed 3
items in mid year are not implemented; so I would like her to focus on these in the
coming year along with the type 2 SCD process that is being built by Dennis.
