Product Purpose The Comptryx Report will provide you with a customized global market analysis and will
help you understand the broader costs of your workforce. It will also give you a vast array
of HR metrics to help ensure that your organization is properly aligned with core business
strategies.
For the first time, you will have affordable, industry specific, ready-to-use data to support
your internal HR Analytics. The design of this product incorporates the ideas from strategic
thinkers in the field and top firms in the industry to provide value beyond the scope of
traditional compensation. The information contained within the Comptryx Report supports
workforce planning, organizational design, site location recommendations, and so much
more.

Customer Focus Comptryx will provide you with an outstanding level of customer support and training to
help you utilize and integrate this new data set into your business. We will hold annual
educational meetings in critical locations around the world to gather input and the trust of
our global users.

At the heart of your Comptryx report will be a new state of the art salary survey specifically
SURVEY designed for the high technology industry. Developed by the team that originated the

ORGANIZATIONAL Utilizing our unique Organizational Metryx Engine Comptryx will generate a customized
report of the following:

• Role Mix: Analysis of Executive, Management, Professional, Support
employees as percentage of total headcount, total payroll, and financial
  measures.

• Function Mix: Analysis of major functions (e.g. Engineering, Sales, IT,


Finance, etc.) and sub-functions as percentage of total headcount, total
payroll, and financial measures.

• GEO Metrics: Key comparisons of geographic deployment will compare your


workforce characteristics against your industry peer group across the globe.

• "State of the Workforce": Valuable insight into a variety of employee


statistics, such as new hire activity, years of service intervals, the percentage
of workforce earning more than $250K, or 10% or -10% of market rates,
distribution of workforce within job families, etc.

All Comptryx metrics combine levels, roles, salary breakpoints across our global platform
against standard breakouts (company size, industry segment, etc.). Each of the global
ratios can be analyzed from a continental to a country level or from the workforce as a
whole down to a specific job.

The third component of the Comptryx Report is a dynamic tool to model alternatives for
LABOR COST offshoring and workforce deployment. These tools will compare your costs with those of
MODELING your competition to help create modeled scenarios.

• Facility location: Key cost metrics can be generated that compare the
relative savings or additional expense to be incurred by the relocation or

different geographic locations

The various labor costing tools will empower you with additional information for HR
planning, and the financial assessment of the cost impact of human resources.

Software Platform The Comptryx Report will be delivered utilizing state of the art web technologies. You
have a multitude of options for viewing data and creating reports. Easy access to critical
information and multiple export options will save time and minimize search effort. A
robust administration system will allow you to grant access to various modules of data
for each user in your company.

Participation Submission to the Comptryx survey will require an effort similar to the input of a standard
global survey. The difference is that we will collect your entire global workforce, including
Requirements employees in both benchmark and non-benchmark jobs using a formatted Excel
spreadsheet. Comptryx will provide you with a data input template including job profiles,
data requirements, leveling charts, and job specifications.

Price Introductory pricing:


• $10,000 for companies with operations in 15 or more countries
• $ 7,500 for companies with operations in less than 15 countries
• $ 5,000 for companies with operations in less than 5 countries

Early Adopter discount:


• for companies signing participation agreement before Dec 1 2010, and paying
Comptryx, LLC.
50% of annual fee before December 31, 2010, a 10% discount will be offered
on total price effective on balance due on report delivery in Q-1, 2011.
