Small
With I hook and Face color Make a Magic Circle
(for a thicker base you will make two of the following)
R1) ch2,10dc in the circle join slst (10dc)
R2) ch2, 2dc in same stitch and in each stitch around join with a slst (20dc)
R3) Ch2, 1dc in same stitch, 2dc in next, *1dc, 2dc, * repeat from *-*
around join with a slst (30dc)
R4) Ch2, 1dc in same stitch, and the next, 2dc in next, *1dc in next 2dc, 2dc,
* repeat from *-* around join with a slst (40dc)

last 2 sts, ch2 change color turn
R3) hdc in each stitch and ch1 space across (36 hdc)

With Row 23&24 repeats you will be changing colors
between the two hair colors and the face color.
R23) Hdc in the next 14 (change to face color),hdc in next 22 sts, ch1 turn

Then you will slst the last round and the first row together finish off
Attach the sides to the bottom with a sc all the way around
Eyes
OUTER EYE (Make 2)
Use white yarn and same H hook
Rnd 1: Magic loop of 8 SC, join **8 sts
Rnd 2: Ch 1, SC in first 3 sts, 3 SC in next st, SC in next 3 sts,
3 SC in last st, join **12 sts
3 SC in next st, SC in last st, join **16sts
3 SC in next st, SC in last 2 sts, join **22sts
Finish off leaving a tail for sewing it on

and continue on to separate instructions for each eye.
Inner eye
with a H hook and black yarn
R1) with a Magic Circle work 8sc in the circle and
join with a slst, ch1 turn
With Round 2 you will then in Lt Brown.
R2) with a new color work 2sc in each stitch around join
with a slst leaving a long tail for sewing on outer eye
EYE SHADDOW
Right Eye
you will then attach eye shadow color for her right eye sc in the next
4sts, hdc in the next 3, dc in the next 4, finish off weave in ends.
Left eye
you will attach eye shadow color for her left eye on the far right corner.
Ch2, dc in the next 3, hdc in the next 3, sc in the next 4 finish off weave in ends
Next you are going to line the eye
measure out 50” of yarn and separate the 4ply into two strands of 2ply
Then you will surface slst across the top part of eye between
the white and the eye shadow,
then turn to start working on the bottom of the eye and sc in each stitch across,
Hair
CURLS
Leaving a 3" tail
Small ---- ch80
then you will place 3hdc in the 2nd ch from the hook and,
2 hdc in each stitch across the ch finish off leaving a 3"
tail. Match these up so that the stripes in the bag and match the curl. And using your
hook pull the strings on each curl through the bag above the cord in the two stitches
there.You will only have enough to put hair on the sides of the face you do not want them
on the back where the straps are at.

Small ---- 16 (8 of each color)
Cord
With red Chain 61, slst in 2nd ch from the hook and in each remaining ch. Finish off and
weave ends.
You will fold the top in and match up the openings. Weave the cord in and out the
openings leaving it to tie on the outside.
Straps
you will be making two straps.
Leave a tail for sewing in Ch 77 dc in the third chain from
the hook and in each stitch across and
then SC around the entire strap.
Adjustment Bar (make 2)

ch11 and hdc in the 2nd ch from the hook and across then
finish off leaving 4” to sew it in.
To attach the straps to the bag

Right Adjustment Bar
Fold the bag in half centering the face. Then without moving the bag either direction
flip it over. From the seam count over 4 rows to the right. Count up 5 stitches from the
bottom and attach one side of the Adjustment Bar to that stitch and the next 3 going
up this row. Then attaching the other side of the color strip in the 5th stitch counting
up and then in the next 3 stitches.
Left Adjustment Bar

flip it over. From the seam count over 4 rows to the left. Count up 5 stitches from the
straps
Go to the row that the adjustment bar is over and go to the top countdown 6 sts from
the bottom skip one. Attach the the top here. Then without twisting the strap thread it
through the adjustment strap. Bend it up and measure for fit and sew a button to the
part of the strap that is not through the adjustment bar and then button the end of the
strap to the button.
Large

Attach the sides to the bottom with a sc all the way around
Eyes
OUTER EYE (Make 2)
Use white yarn and same H hook
Rnd 1: Magic loop of 8 SC, join **8 sts

you will then attach eye shadow color for her in the top stitch of the 3sc at the corner
eye on Left side of outer eye.
sc in the next 5 sts,
hdc in the next 4,

1tc, in the middle stitch of the 3sc at the opposite corner. ,
finish off weave in ends.
Next you are going to line the eye

measure out 50” of yarn and separate the 4ply into two strands of 2ply
Then you will surface slst across the top part of eye between the white and the eye
shadow,
then turn to start working on the bottom of the eye and sc in each stitch across,
Then sew in the lashes finish off
leaving a tail to sew the eye in.
Hair
CURLS
Leaving a 3" tail
Large ---- ch100
then you will place 3hdc in the 2nd ch from the hook and,
2 hdc in each stitch across the ch finish off leaving a 3"
Match these up so that the stripes in the bag and match the curl. And using your hook
pull the strings on each curl through the bag above the cord in the two stitches
there.You will only have enough to put hair on the sides of the face you do not want them
on the back where the straps are at.

Large ---- 16-28 (8-14 of each color)
Cord
With face color ,Chain 81, slst in 2nd ch from the hook and in each remaining ch. Finish
off and weave ends.
You will fold the top in and match up the openings. Weave the cord in and out the
openings leaving it to tie on the outside.
Straps
you will be making two straps.
You will start with Ch102 dc in the third chain from the hook and in each stitch across
and
then SC around the entire strap.
Adjustment Bar (make 2)

ch11 and hdc in the 2nd ch from the hook and across then finish off leaving 4” to sew it
in. you will be making two loops that you will sew in at round 10
Next you will thread the strap through the loop and attach a button to the strap at the
desired height and button the strap on.
To attach the straps to the bag
Right Adjustment Bar

flip it over. From the seam count over 8 rows to the right. Count up 5 stitches from the
Left Adjustment Bar

flip it over. From the seam count over 8 rows to the left. Count up 5 stitches from the
straps
Go to the row that the adjustment bar is over and go to the top countdown 6 sts from
the bottom skip one. Attach the the top here. Then without twisting the strap thread it
through the adjustment strap. Bend it up and measure for fit and sew a button to the
part of the strap that is not through the adjustment bar and then button the end of the
strap to the button.
STEP 1: Count over to the row needed and move to step2
STEP 2: next you will count up to the designated place and sew it repeat the same
for the other side of adjustment bar and the other bar.
STEP3: once the strap is attached at the top it will be slid through the
adjustment bar and folded up and and a button sewn in above the bar
and the part folded up is buttoned on.
