20 Divide class into groups of 4 and distribute butcher’s paper among each Butcher’s paper
mins group. Students are to draw a timeline of the major components of the Markers
Mass celebration, giving a brief summary of each component. (General Ruler
capabilities: Literacy)

Lesson Closure:(Review lesson objectives with students)

Teacher will go through the answers as a class and select students to


read out brief summaries of chosen components. Teacher will collect
each group’s work
