Lab AR-5 Create a Credit Memo

Objective: To create a new credit memo.

Instructions:
• In this lab you will create a credit memo.

1. Responsibility: Receivables, Vision Operations (USA)

2. Navigation: Transactions
Credit Transactions
3. You will create a new credit memo
a. Enter the following values:

Transaction Number Number of the Invoice

you had created.

b. Click on the Find Button.

4. Enter the following information

Reason Discount
Credit Allocation Lines and Tax
Line % 10

5. Save Record.

6. Close Lines window.

7. Click on the Complete Button.
