Stakeholder Analysis

Project Idea
CHILDREN BEHIND US is a community-centered project that aims to provide a
foundation in education and sanitation for the children in the urban slum areas
continuously. Our goal is to provide basic literacy skills and sanitation to these
children . So, firstly we build the simple Edu-house in the slum area in order to
make it accessable by those children. We teach the children ,at the same time,
aware and inspire the people arround them (esp. parents) about the utmost
importance of education through a comprehensively fun learning base.

Showing edu-awareness, teaching basic math, reading and writing, healthy life
and giving nutritious snack are likely among things we will foster . Secondly,
providing a project website, children will be encouraged to promote their ideas
freely towards better future and creativities made by their hands . Further, We
also expect to inspire other people to initiate similar projects in their community
upon “the education for All” in the hopes that we could spread the benefit and
create a global partnership for education.

Power-Interest Grid
High Power & Low Interest stakeholders

Microsoft, Corporate, Institution are the stakeholders that will be giving


us the grant to run and work on project. Microsoft grant US$1000, a corporate in
partnership to Britis International School (BIS) will also give fund from the garbage
and plastic waste selling in BIS . but somehow, the Corporate and microsoft will
hav no direct involvement.

Departement of Child Welfare, City Mayor, Subdistrict Leader. these


stakeholders will also be prominent in giving us permission and some resources to
handle such edu-project. They will be a valuable sources to get statistics and data
along the surveys before the project going.
High Interest & High Power stakeholders

Young Activist and Volunteer, Students and Student run-community. My


team and i belong to one of these 3 classifications. We are actively enganged,
collect the power of the yout aaround us because basically this project will mostly
conducted by young ones age 16-25 unders the elder supervisors.

As we will make the website to addres issues regarding our project in the
country, post the enhancement and development of ongoing project, and list the
wishes children wanna see (Wishes Box) and creative arts created along the
learning, we will definitely recruit some of these people :Graphic designer, web
developer, university student and journalist

Low Power & High Interest stakeholders

Non-Governmental Organisation, Profit oriented Organisation, University


student council, Local printed/online media. NGO and organisations are
stakeholders to which we can share the plan and results each other. They amy
also tell us some important informations while media will benefit us on sounding
and spreading the words of CHILDREN BEHIND US, getting more support n
inspiring more people.

Low Power & Low Interest stakeholders

Property owners, Food shop, Stationary-bookstores are the holders to which


we will purchase and ge our logistics, equipments, properties for the edu-house in
slum areas. In order to maintain the continuity we look for an unchanges shops,
on other hand will also efficiently thrift the fund.
