DEED OF DONATION

This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by and between:

ARCH DESIREE JHOCSAN R SIVAM,UAP, with office address at #59 Main

Ave., Severina Diamond Severina West Service Road, Paranaque City,
hereinafter called as the DONOR;

-and-

THE PHILIPPINE ARMY, a Government Agency and instrumentality duly

organized and existing under Philippines Law, with office address at Camp
General Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, represented
herein by the Commanding General Philippine Army LTGEN ROLANDO
JOSELITO DELIZO BAUTISTA,AFP; hereinafter called as the DONEE;

WITNESSETH THAT:

1. That the DONOR is an Architect who is donating 5 units of X-Luminaire

30W Integrated Solar Streetlight including the post and pedestal to the DONEE

2. That as an act of liberality the DONOR hereby voluntarily, freely gives,

transfers and conveys by way of donation, unto said DONEE the items
mentioned above.

3. That the DONOR hereby holds the DONEE free from any liabilities in
connection with the above donated items.

4. That the DONOR states that this donation was not made with the object of
defrauding his creditors.

5. That the DONEE hereby accepts and receives this gift and donation made
in its favor and expresses its appreciation and gratefulness for the kindness and
generosity of the DONOR.
