SATURDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2018 is CITY WIDE VOTER REGISTRATION DAY

WHAT: ​ The Hamilton County Voters Coalition has partnered with several area churches to host
a City Wide Voter Registration Day on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

WHY: ​The purpose of this event is to engage citizens in the first step of the voting process and
to increase voter participation in Hamilton County. Hamilton County, TN was ranked last in voter
participation for the August 2, 2018 elections and currently has 147,909 unregistered voters. We
want to help change that narrative and move Hamilton County to the top of the list. Individuals
can stop by any one of the seven locations and register to vote, update their information, or
check their registration status.
