Part II. Menu Recipe

Ingredients:

 3 medium potato
 1 medium cucumber
 4 whole eggs
 2 small size onion
 2 tbsp. oil
 4 medium size tomato
 ¼ cup cheese
 30 ml. mayonnaise
 Pinch Salt and pepper
 1 apple
Procedure:

 Beat eggs, salt and pepper in small bowl until blended.


 Heat butter in 6 to 8-inch nonstick omelet pan and pour in egg mixture.
 Gently cooked portions from edges toward the center with inverted turner so that uncooked
eggs can reach the hot pan surface. CONTINUE cooking
 Place filling on one side of the omelet. Fold omelet in half with turner. With a quick flip of the
wrist, turn pan and INVERT or SLIDE omelet onto plate. Set aside
 Pan grill the potato until becomes golden brown. Set aside if cooked
 Cut the cucumber and apple into desired shapes.
 In a serving plate lay the egg cucumber and apple and glaze it with mayonnaise and cheese
