Subject: Letter of recommendation for Hayley Moomaw

As a preceptor of Hayley Moomaw in her final semester of nursing school, I have had
the pleasure of working with her for 120 hours. Hayley has been the ideal preceptor. I
would like to take this opportunity to recommend Hayley as an employee for your
organization.

I am confident Hayley will continue to excel in her nursing practice. She is well
organized and detail oriented. Hayley has mastered the skills quickly that are required
of her while working with me on the orthopedic floor. She has been able to demonstrate
critical thinking skills while under my supervision. During work opportunities, Hayley has
quickly jumped in to lend a hand or learn new skills.

Hayley’s life experience as certified nursing assistant has helped her demeanor during
stressful situations. This experience also enables her to prioritize nursing interventions
and perform them in a timely manner.

It is for these reasons that I give Hayley Moomaw my highest recommendation. She will
