1. Log on to http://www.navtech.aero/
2. Select the menu item Customer Service, Product Logins and then ADR Service Portal as
shown in the following illustration.

My Profile Area
The My Profile Area displays the first name and surname of the person who is currently logged in.
My Profile is a link which brings up a screen enabling the user to edit select portions of his/her
profile.
My Profile Link
By clicking the My Profile link, the user is taken to the Edit User screen. Here the current user data
can be seen and certain fields may be changed if necessary.
Update User applies any entered changes and returns user to the user list screen.
Cancel cancels all changes and takes the user to the User List screen.
Reset reverts any changes to the last saved information (does not change the screen).
Downloads
Generate new extract generates a new airport obstacle database extract.
Select an aircraft type by clicking SELECT and then continue with choosing the preferred format in
the next window. The airport obstacle database will now be generated, it will take a minute or two.
Before generating a new extract make sure that all desired airports are added.
After it has been processed a button labeled DOWNLOAD will be shown. By pressing it a windows
standard download box will appear. Choose a suitable destination on the computer to save the file.
The downloaded file is a zip-file containing the text-file with the aircraft obstacle database data.
Open and decompress the .zip-file with Windows own decompressing tool alternative use the
software WinZip, which can be downloaded from http://www.winzip.com/ , and place the file into
the root folder of the ToDc Software (usually C:\Program Files\Navtech \ToDc & LDc XXXX XXXX),
any name change is not needed, the ToDc & LDc will automatically select the newest airport
obstacle database.
Once the extract has been generated the airport obstacle database will automatically be placed
upon the Navtech ftp server, available for download using the update function in the ToDc & LDc
software. If this feature is not enabled in the software please contact the Navtech Aircraft
Performance support at performance@navtech.aero to have it added.
See download queue shows the progress of the generation of the new airport obstacle
database extracts (refer to My Queue Link).
Subscriptions
Add Airport airport to add to its subscription for the selected aircraft type.
To add an AD to the airport obstacle database go to Subscriptions and select Add Airports. Enter
the ICAO or IATA code for the desired AD and press Add Airport. In the following window a
confirmation box will be displayed, to add the AD press, Yes.
Certain airports that must be customized for the specific aircraft or is not
available in the Aircraft performance airport library cannot be added using the
ADR Service Portal.
Available airports takes the user to a page which shows all airports in the Navtech library.
Enter search criteria, either in full or partial and press Find airports. The matching results for both
the subscribed and the available airports that can be added will be displayed. The follwing
illustration shows the results for search criteria ICAO = EA.
Subscribed airports takes the user to a page which shows the airports already subscribed for the
selected aircraft type.
Enter search criteria, either in full or partial and press Find airports. The matching results for the
subscribed airports will be displayed. The follwing illustration shows the results for search criteria
ICAO = ES.
To register a new user, enter the personal data for the new user, and click Register New User.
List users lists the ADR portal users that are currently applicable for the airline.
For airlines with extensive User Lists, the fields may be used as search criterea, and one or more of
the fields may be used in the search.
Click on the Remove button to remove the user from the ADR portal.
Activity Log
All events shows the elapsed events in the ADR portal system for the airline.
To search for specific log information, use the search options. One or several of the different search
options can be used in the search.
Click on DETAILS to open a new window with all the details for that event.
The airline user information can be found in the right hand column of the Main window where the
airline name and selected aircraft type is shown.
To change the aircraft type, click on the CHANGE button, and in the following window select the
desired aircraft by clicking on SELECT.
The download tracker can be found in the right column of the main window. This shows the length
of the download queue including the downloaded files. The following illustration whows that User1
have no queued downloads but the system-wide queue length is 1.
