No:……………….] (“Student”) in accordance with the Civil Law of Mongolia, Law on Education of
Mongolia and internal rules and procedures of the Raffles International Institute.

One. General provisions

1.1. Талууд Рафлес Олон Улсын Институтын (цаашид “Рафлес” эсхүл “Сургууль” гэх) 20…. оны
....-р сарын элсэлтийн Англи хэлний хөтөлбөрийн .......-р түвшний /өглөө, орой / ангид 20….
оны ..... –р сарын ....... өдрөөс 20….. оны ......-р сарын ...... өдрийг дуустал нийт 11 (арван нэг)
долоо хоногийн 99 (ерэн ес) цагийн сургалтад суралцах, суралцуулахаар гэрээ байгуулав.
This Contract is made to regulate the matters related to the terms of studies of the student at Raffles
International Institute (“Raffles” or “Institute”) for Raffles English Program (“REP”) from
……………………., 20……. to ………….……….….., 20....... for the period of 11 (eleven) weeks for 99
(ninety nine) hours for morning/evening classes.

Хоёр. Сургуулийн хүлээх үүрэг, эрх

Two. Rights and responsibilities of Raffles

2.1. Батлагдсан сургалтын хөтөлбөрийн дагуу сургалтыг зохион байгуулж суралцагчид зохих
шатны мэдлэг олгоно.
Raffles English Program shall be approved by the Institute for the applicable to provide the required
English language knowledge.
2.2. Сургалтыг мэргэжлийн багшийн удирдлага дор, Сургалтын албанаас баталсан хичээлийн
хуваарийн дагуу ажлын өдрүүдэд өглөөний анги 09.30-12.30 цаг, оройн анги 18.30-21.30
цагийн хооронд тус тус явуулах ба шаардлагатай тохиолдолд Сургуулийн захиргаанаас
хичээлийн хуваарийг өөрчлөх эрхтэй.
The course will be taught by professional teachers in accordance with the timetable approved by the
Student Services. Morning classes are scheduled on weekdays between 09:30am and 12:30pm and
Evening classes are scheduled between 6:30pm and 9.30pm and may be subject to change at the
discretion of the Institute when deemed necessary.

2.3. Суралцах хугацаанд ном сурах бичиг, номын сан, интернэт орчноор зохих журмын дагуу үнэ
төлбөргүй үйлчилнэ.
Free access to wireless internet resource, a reference library and course books will be provided for
the use of the Student under applicable procedures of the Institute.
2.4. Суралцагчийн сурлага, сахилгын талаарх мэдээллийг шаардлагатай үед тухайн суралцагчийн
захиалагч байгууллага болон эцэг эхэд цаг бүрт нь мэдээлж тогтмол харилцаатай байна.
Any information regarding the student including his/her language skill progress, attendance or code
of discipline at the Institute shall be shared with and provided to the client organization or the
parents/guardians of the Student when deemed necessary to ensure effective communication.
2.5. Суралцагчийг гэрээгээр хүлээсэн үүргээ биелүүлэхийг шаардах эрхтэй.
Raffles shall have the right to require the student to fulfill his/her obligations under this Contract.
2.6. Сургалт эхэлснээс хойш суралцагчийн сургалтын үйл явцад үе шаттай хяналт тавих бөгөөд
хангалтгүй дүнтэй суралцсан, төлбөл зохих төлбөр хураамжийг төлөөгүй эсхүл сургуулийн
дүрэм журмуудыг дагаж мөрдөөгүй, хүндэтгэх шалтгаангүй 15 (арван тав) цагийн хичээлд
суугаагүй тасалсан бол оюутныг сургуулиас хасах хүртэл арга хэмжээ авна.
Raffles shall oversee the Student’s progress of studies step by step following the commencement of
the course, and shall have the right to take measures up to expulsion of the Student in the event if
he/she underperforms at his/her studies or fails to pay the course fee within payment deadline or fails
to comply with the internal rules and procedures of the Institute or does not attend the class for
maximum of 15 (fifteen) hours without any valid reasons.
2.7. Суралцагч нь сурлага, сахилга бат, өвчний улмаас болон бусад шалтгаанаар сургуулиас
хасагдсан, сургалт хойшлуулсан, чөлөөлөгдсөн тохиолдолд эцэг эх, асран хамгаалагчид утас
эсхүл и-мэйлээр албан ёсоор мэдэгдэнэ.
Parents or guardians of the Student will duly be informed by Raffles via e-mails or by telephone if
the Student is expelled from the course or deferred or is on leave from the program for
underperformance or due to disciplinary actions or medical conditions or for other reasons, if any.
2.8. Амжилттай суралцаж 60% (жар) болон түүнээс дээш үнэлгээ үзүүлэн төгссөн суралцагчид
Сертификат олгоно.
The Student will be awarded the Certificate upon completion if he/she has the achievement grade of
60% (sixty) and more.

Гурав. Суралцагчийн хүлээх үүрэг, эрх

Three. Rights and responsibilities of the Student

3.1. Суралцагч нь сургуулийн дотоод дүрэм, журам, Сургалтын албанаас гаргасан шийдвэрийг
дагаж мөрдөх үүрэгтэй.
The Student shall be obliged to comply with the internal rules and procedures of the Institute and the
decisions made by the Student Services.
3.2. Суралцагч сургалтын төлбөрийг заасан хугацаанд бүрэн төлж, сургалтын хөтөлбөрт заасан
мэдлэг боловсролыг эзэмшинэ.
The Student shall pay the course fee in full within the payment deadline and obtain the language
skills and knowledge provided by the Institute.
3.3. Суралцагч өөрийн сурлагын дүн болон сургалттай холбоотой бусад мэдээллээр хангагдах
эрхтэй.
The Student shall have the right to obtain information on his/her achievements as well other
information regarding his/her studies.
3.4. Хичээл, сургалтын болон сургуулийн ерөнхий үйл ажиллагааны талаар санал хүсэлтээ
илэрхийлэх эрхтэй.
The student shall have the right to express his/her requests or opinions about the activities of the
Institute.

3.5. Хичээлээс чөлөө авах бол урьдчилан сургалтын албанд мэдэгдэж хүсэлт гаргах буюу
холбогдох эмчийн магадлагаа, ажлын газрын тодорхойлолт буюу түүнтэй адилтгах албан
бичгийг хавсаргаж өгөх үүрэгтэй.
If the Student takes a leave from his/her studies, he/she shall inform the Student Services in advance
and provide a medical certificate, a letter of reference from the place of his/her employment or other
documents equivalent to the former.
3.6. Сургалт хойшлуулах, сургалтаас татгалзах, гэрээ цуцлах тохиолдолд Сургалтын албанд албан
ёсоор мэдэгдэж холбогдох маягтыг бөглөнө.
The Student shall inform the Student Services in advance to complete relevant forms in place in the
event of requesting program deferment or discontinuation of the program or termination of this
Contract.

Дөрөв. Санхүүгийн тооцоо

Four. Payment

4.1. Сургалтын нэг түвшний үндсэн төлбөр нь 1,200,000 (нэг сая хоёр зуун мянга) төгрөг байна.
Сургалттай холбоотой бүх төлбөр хураамжийг Монгол төгрөгөөр тооцно.
The course fee per each English level shall be 1,200,000MNT (one million two hundred thousand).
All payments shall be made payable in Mongolian currency.
4.2. Сургалтын төлбөрийг хичээл эхлэхээс 14 хоногийн өмнө “Рафлес Интернэшнл Монголиа
ХХК”-ийн Голомт банкны Монгол төгрөгийн 1105033077 тоот дансанд төлнө.
The course fee shall be made payable to the Company MNT Bank Account [Golomt Bank Account
No: 1105033077] 14 days before the commencement of the course.
4.3. Суралцагч тогтоосон хугацаанд төлбөрөө төлөөгүй бол төлөөгүй төлбөрийн дүнгээс хугацаа
хэтрүүлсэн хоног тутамд 0.3%-иар бодож алданги төлөх эсхүл суралцагчийн үргэлжүүлэн
сурах эрхийг хаана.
If the Student fails to pay the course fee within the payment deadline, he/she shall be subject to the
fine of 0.3% per day for the overdue payment until the course fee is paid to the school in full or
he/she shall be subject to end the program.
4.4. Сургалтын явцад сургалт завсардах болон хүндэтгэх шалтгаангүйгээр сургуулиас гарах болон
албан ёсоор урьдчилан мэдэгдэж зөвшөөрөл авалгүйгээр сургууль хаясан бүхий л
тохиолдолд сургалтын төлбөр буцаан олгогдохгүй.
The course fee will not be refunded to the Student if he/she misses or leaves his/her classes without
any valid reason or leaves the course without a prior written notice to the Institute.
4.5. Суралцагч сургалтаа хойшлуулах хүсэлт гаргах тохиолдолд “Сургалт хойшлуулах өргөдөл”-
ийг хичээл эхэлснээс хойш 7 (долоо) хоногийн дотор бөглөж Сургалтын албанд өгөх ёстой ба
сургалтыг 3-6 (гурваас зургаа) буюу 1-2 (нэгээс хоёр) улирлын хугацаагаар 1 (нэг) удаа
хойшлуулах боломжтой. Сургалтын явцад буюу хичээл эхэлснээс хойш 7 (долоо) хоногоос
илүү хугацаа өнгөрсөн тохиолдолд суралцагчид сургалт хойшлуулах чөлөө олгохгүй.
If the Student requests to defer the term of studies, he/she shall complete the Application for
Deferment Form and submit the same to the Student Services within 7 (seven) days after the
commencement of the course for 3-6 (three to six) months or 1-2 (one to two) terms of studies. The
deferment request by the Student made during the term of studies or after 7 (seven) days of the
course commencement shall not be considered and/or granted.
4.6. Суралцагч хүндэтгэх шалтгааны улмаас цаашид суралцах боломжгүй болсон эсхүл гэрээ
цуцалсан тохиолдолд сургалтын төлбөр буцаах асуудал нь дараах байдлаар зохицуулагдана.
Үүнд:
In the event if the Student is not able to continue his/her studies with the Institute with a valid reason
or if this Contract is terminated, the issues related to the refunding of the course fee to the Student
shall be subject to the following:

 4.6.1. Хэрэв суралцагч хүндэтгэх шалтгааны улмаас хичээлд огт суугаагүй бол сургалтын
төлбөрийг 2 (хоёр) сарын дотор 100% (зуу) буцаан олгоно.
If the Student did not attend any class with a valid reason, the course fee will be refunded to
the student in full (100 percent) within 2 (two) months.
4.6.2. Хэрэв суралцагч хичээлд 3 (гурав) хүртэлх өдөр хичээлд суусан боловч хүндэтгэх
шалтгааны улмаас буцаалт хийх шаардлагатай болсон тохиолдолд сургалтын
төлбөрөөс Захиалга, үйлчилгээний зардал 390.000 (гурван зуун ерөн мянга) төгрөгийг
суутган үлдэгдэл төлбөрийг 2 (хоёр) сарын дотор буцаан олгоно.
If the Student attended the class up to 3 (three) days but was not able to continue his/her
studies at the Institute with a valid reason, the Administration fee of 390,000MNT (three
hundred and ninety thousand) will be deducted and the remaining amount of the course fee
will be refunded to the Student within 2 (two) months.
4.6.3. Хэрэв суралцагч хичээлд 4 (дөрөв) болон түүнээс дээш өдөр суусан бол ямар нэгэн
төлбөрийн буцаалт хийгдэхгүй болно.
If the Student attended the class 4 (four) and more days, the course fee will not be refunded
to the Student.

Тав. Гэрээг цуцлах үндэслэл

Five. Contract Termination

5.1. Сургуулийн зүгээс гэрээ цуцлах

Termination initiated by the Institute:
5.1.1. Гэрээнд заасан хугацаанд сургалтын төлбөрөө төлөөгүй бол,
If the Student fails to pay the course fee within the payment deadline as stated in this Contract;
5.1.2. Сургуулийн дотоод дүрэм, журмуудыг ноцтой зөрчсөн, гэмт хэрэгт холбогдсон бол,
If the Student seriously violates the internal procedures of the Institute or convicted of any
crimes;
5.1.3. Суралцагч сургалтын үйл ажиллагааг хаяж, хүндэтгэх шалтгаангүйгээр 15 (арван тав)
цагийн хичээл тасалсан тохиолдолд гэрээг цуцлана.
If the Student fails to attend the class for 15 (fifteen) hours or more without any valid reasons.
5.2. Суралцагчийн зүгээс гэрээг цуцлах
Termination initiated by the Student:
5.2.1. Суралцагч хичээл эхлэхээс өмнө эсхүл хичээл эхэлснээс хойш аливаа шалтгаанаар гэрээг
цуцлах тохиолдолд сургалтын албанд мэдэгдэн “Сургалтаас чөлөөлөгдөх өргөдөл”-ийн
маягтыг бөглөснөөр гэрээг цуцлана.
If the Student initiates the termination of this Contract before or after the commencement of the
term for any reason, he/she shall inform the Students Services in advance to duly complete and
submit Application for Deferment Form.
5.2.2. Гэрээ цуцлахтай холбоотой төлбөр тооцооны асуудлыг энэ гэрээний 4.6 дугаар хэсэгт
зааснаар зохицуулна.
Any issues related to the payment or fees or charges arisen out or in connection with the
termination of this Contract shall be resolved as stated in Clause 4.6 of this Contract.

Зургаа. Гэрээний хүчинтэй байх хугацаа,

маргаан шийдвэрлэх журам
Six. Validity of the Contract and Dispute Resolution

6.1. Гэрээний хугацаа 11 долоо хоног буюу тухайн суралцагчийн англи хэлний 1 ( нэг) түвшний
сургалтын хугацаанд хүчин төгөлдөр үйлчилнэ.
This Contract shall be valid and legally binding for 11 weeks for the period of 1 (one) term of REP.
6.2. Гэрээг Монгол (Англи) хэл дээр 2 хувь үйлдэж, тал тус бүр нэг хувийг хадгална.
This Contract shall be prepared and signed in Mongolian (English) language in 2 copies. Each party
shall keep a copy thereof.

6.3. Энэхүү гэрээтэй холбоотой маргаан гарвал талууд аль болох хэлэлцээрийн аргаар 30 (гуч)
хоногийн дотор шийдвэрлэхийг хичээнэ.
In the event of any dispute arisen out or in connection with this Contract, it shall be resolved in good
faith within 30 (thirty) days.
6.4. Гэрээнээс үүссэн маргааныг харилцан тохиролцож шийдвэрлэж чадахгүй бол Монгол улсын
шүүхээр шийдвэрлүүлнэ.
If the Parties fail to resolve such dispute upon mutual negotiation, it shall be referred to court of
Mongolia for resolution.
