 ABSTRACT

The aim of Student Management System project is to handle all the college details,
academic details and student personal details. The Student Management System is an
automated version of manual Student Management System.
In this project Student is facilitated by the online registration .The project deals with the
maintenance of Student records. The admin and teacher plays the important role in our
project.

INTRODUCTION

This Student Database has being designed taking into practical needs to manage a
Students data. It provides security at product level as well as user level. Its design
concentrates on 2 types of users:
1. Administrator
2. Students

This Database is mainly in the student point of view. Since the student is the centre of the
system, all the various records in the database resolve around the student activities. All
such information helps one and all to know about the progress achieved by the institution.
Every student can be given special attention by knowing in the database.

DATA STORAGE:
1. Student Profile: Student details, Address, Admission Details, Department Details.
2. Attendance details: Total no of classes, No of classes attended by student for each
subject.
3. Examination information: Marks scored in Internals and Externals.
