A. Executive summary

Doing business or entrepreneurship is one of the most profitable jobs and can
open up job opportunities for others who need work. For business that I pioneered this
time is the business of making clothes and services vermak clothes. Clothing sales
business is now growing especially in Indonesia, this is evidenced by the growing number
of outlets that sell various types of clothing. In addition, the need for vermak services
among the lower middle class is also still high. The name of our business is Clothes
Clothes a business of clothes and vermak clothes that produce their own goods. For the
market segment, I target the users of internet services, especially social networking, and
lower middle class society for services vermak clothing and upper middle class for
clothing products. Because the world of clothing is growing and interested this is very
open opportunities for business success.

B. Background

In an increasingly evolving fashion world with attractive models and designs will be an
opportunity in the business of clothing, because clothing is also one of the needs that
must be met by everyone. I hope this effort is able to conquer the existing competitors
with a healthy competition when later able to become an independent business. I am
trying to further improve this business by finding investors to help in increasing the
amount of spending. Plan ahead if this business has become an independent business, I
will open the service vermak clothes on holiday. Since most vermak dressers are closed
on holidays and weekends. Target market vermak clothes at weekends and holidays is a
shock market around Bandung. I chose this market because in that place many people and
still seldom vermak clothes.

Although now has a lot of apparel production, but the sewing service still needed by
consumers. Why is that? Because there are some risks of purchasing a shirt that is usually
accepted by the buyer, among others:

Finished clothes are usually made with standard sizes (S, M, L, and XL). Although the
model and the material is quite varied and the price is cheaper than using tailor services,
but not all clothes fit fit worn by consumers. Especially for people have different body
posture with the standard people in general, such as too small or too fat. Sewing services
will still be hunted by people like this.

There are certain models and dress materials that are more comfortable when used from
ordinary stitches, than in the form of factory-produced apparel. For example, custom
clothing, material brukat, woven fabric, and others.

Other examples such as suits, although widely found in the market, but most of the size
for adults who are standard body.

C. Vision and business mission

1. Vision

 Want to be an advanced business body, creative and master the world of fashion
 Serving the needs of the community for the services of vermak clothes
 Satisfy consumers

2. Mission

 Selling quality products and high quality.

 Synergize with cloth outlets to reduce operating costs.
 Opening employment and prospering employers, employees and helping the
poor.

D. Production Analysis

1. Equipment used
Sewing machines, obras machines (when funds are limited, can temporarily
spike elsewhere), fabrics, and sewing supplies (scissors, gauges, rims, needles,
chalk, pendent and yarn).

2. The manufacturing process

• Design clothing that will be made first we design / design according to
customer wishes.
• Draw the desired shirt pattern on the fabric. Each piece of clothing has a
certain
pattern.
To create your own pattern requires special knowledge pattern making.
• Cut the fabric was cut according to the pattern. Cut the fabric was not
arbitrary.
Patterns
arranged in such a way that the fabric is used optimally, and not much
wasted.
• Sew cloth that has been cut according to the pattern was then spliced-connect
to form
the desired clothing. In this process a variety of sewing techniques are
employed, such
as how to install a pocket, attach a neat arm, put a collar and others.
• Finishing there may be clothes that still need to be processed again after
sewing. For
example need to be mounted buttons, or plus lace.

3. Products produced for one year

In a day we produce 20 pcs product, in a week produce (20x6) 120 pcs, in a

month (120x4) 480 pcs and in one year (480x12) as much as 5760 pcs.
Because to reach the maximum target then we produce a lot.
E. Marketing analysis

• Market Segment
In general, consumers who become our business segment is the middle to
lower society. For the future development of this business, I will make the service
of making t-shirts, shirts and blouses, and extend the operational hours of vermak
clothes to expand the consumer / customer area in order to maximize in providing
services for their needs.

• Target Market
In this case, the target consumers are the main target is from teenagers to
adults, from all these people I will try to serve and give satisfaction to their needs
in terms of dress. Such as cutting clothes, justifying or installing zippers, making
uniforms of the organization, shrinking clothes and overall garments. Seeing the
habits of consumers who always pay attention to fashion in every follow-horn of
his life hence I optimize that this business will grow rapidly.

• Place
Our stand in Balubur Town Square because this effort is quite in place
adequate. Because the place is strategically located near the crowd. The location
of the business is also an important factor in the business, or can be placed
somewhat in. But the marketing must be aggressive, followed by competitive
prices and the right promotion.

I. Business risk
In this business there are risks in the service of clothes and vermak clothes,
namely:

• Inappropriateness of models, shapes and shapes that are not in accordance with
the wishes of customers, resulting in consumer expectations did not materialize
so they are disappointed with the results received, let alone the material used is an
expensive material that can not be restored again as before.
• Inaccuracy, time specified by the customer and the time that the tailor has to
complete is not appropriate
