The access pages to the free Wi-Fi service accessible in our terminals via the Wi-Fi portal
(www.aeroportsdeparis.hotspot.hub-one.net) are published by Aéroports de Paris, a French limited company
(Société anonyme) with share capital of €296,881,806, whose head office is situated at 291 boulevard
Raspail 75675 PARIS CEDEX 14, entered under SIREN no. 552 016 628 in the Paris Companies Register.

Protection of your personal data
Aéroports de Paris complies with the regulations for protection of privacy and personal data. All processing
of personal data provided to the WiFi portal complies with the provisions of the amended French data
protection law of 6 January 1978.
During use of the free WiFi service, personal data are collected by the operator of this service, Hub One,
when you connect as stated in the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the service. No personal data
are collected by Aéroports de Paris without your knowledge.

The information requested from you is essential in order to operate the free WiFi service and ensure we
comply with the regulations applicable to any communication actions performed, with the express agreement
of the users who use the WiFi in our airports.

What are the data collected by Aéroports de Paris used for?

The personal data collected by the operator of the service, Hub One, are only sent to Aéroports de Paris if
you agree to it, by ticking the box "I agree to receive commercial information from Aéroports de Paris and its
partners". They are then used by Aéroports de Paris to send you appropriate commercial offers and to carry
out communication and marketing actions relating to the Aéroports de Paris services, such as: information on
flights, car park reservations, e-newsletter subscription, etc. They are also sent, in a targeted way, to certain
commercial partners identified on the WiFi home pages to enable them to perform appropriate promotional
operations.
Who can access my personal data?
If you have not ticked the box "I agree to receive commercial information from Aéroports de Paris and its
partners", the data collected by the operator of the service, Hub One, are not sent to Aéroports de Paris.
Some of these data are kept by Hub One, pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the
service.
If you have accepted, by ticking the box "I agree to receive commercial information from Aéroports de Paris
and its partners", the personal data collected by the operator of the service are sent to Aéroports de Paris,
and used internally by the departments in charge of providing all or part of the services stated above. They
are also sent to the commercial partners identified on the WiFi home pages to enable them to perform
targeted promotional campaigns. In addition to these partners, your data are not subject to any
communication, transfer or disclosure to third parties, except when required by law.
How do I exercise my rights?
Under application of the French data protection law, you are entitled to access, rectify, delete or object to the
data concerning you.

Data Protection Officer
Aéroports de Paris has appointed a Data Protection Officer (Correspondant Informatique et Libertés) in
charge of protecting personal data and complying with the data protection law in the company. His
appointment is effective from 5 September 2013, the date from which he makes the list of data processed by
ADP-SA available to any interested person. To obtain a copy of this register, please send a letter to:

Intellectual property
The total or partial reproduction and/or representation and/or circulation of the WiFi portal and the
aeroportsdeparis.fr site, in any way and by any means whatsoever, of one or more elements that comprise
them (including the trademark "Aéroports de Paris" and/or its logo, alone or in combination), is prohibited
without the express, prior and written agreement of Aéroports de Paris.
Non-compliance with the aforesaid instructions constitutes an act of infringement that can incur the criminal
and/or civil liability of its perpetrator, with Aéroports de Paris reserving the right to bring any legal
proceedings against the said perpetrator.
No hypertext link to the aeroportsdeparis.fr website can be implemented without the prior, express and
written agreement of Aéroports de Paris. Any creation request must be sent to the addresses stated in point
2 above.
Liability

The free WiFi service is operated by Hub One.
The General Terms and Conditions of Use of the free WiFi service can be viewed here.
The liability of Aéroports de Paris can in no case be incurred for any damage or loss of any kind whatsoever
whether suffered by the user due to:
 Use of the free WiFi service
 Being unable to access or due to malfunctioning of the free WiFi service
 Use of the WiFi portal
 The content and/or use of the website linked to the WiFi portal or to which the users could have
access via the WiFi portal or the aeroportsdeparis.fr site.
 Being unable to access the WiFi portal
 Omissions, modifications and/or updating of the site.
Other services
Other services not offered by Aéroports de Paris and presented by third parties to which the user could have
access from the WiFi portal are not in any way whatsoever under the responsibility of Aéroports de Paris.
The user should read the general terms and conditions of use of the said services such as they are displayed
by the companies concerned.
