Role Description

Job Purpose

The Ezycolour Consumer Associate (ECA) is a shop specific resource whose objective is to assist the walk-in
consumers with their paint & painting requirements through a consultative approach by leveraging the Ezycolour
assets thereby contributing to increased profitability for the Ezycolour CR Dealer.

Scope of Work
 The ECA will not have to spend any money in the course of his job except for the
fuel of his bike to travel to the consumer’s house which is covered in the
conveyance allowance
 There would be no reportees to the ECA
 The ECA would have to undergo local travel to the consumer’s homes which are
located in the same city in which the shop is based
 The ECA will be reporting to the Ezycolour Team Leader. However he would be
liaising with the TSO and SSO on a daily basis for support with respect to product
complaints, collateral, knowledge and any dealer level issues.

Essential : Graduate/Diploma Holder in any stream

 Basic English. Proficient in Local Language. Needs to be outgoing and
extroverted.
 Needs to have a 2 wheeler for local travel
 Need to have an android based smart phone for lead sharing app and reporting
purposes
