I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson the students are expected to:
a. define the main characters of the story entitled “A Doll’s House”;
b. value the role of women in society;
c. connect themselves to the characters; and
d. participate actively in class discussion.
III. Procedure
A. Abstract
The teacher will ask the students to close their eyes, and then imagined that they are a
doll. A doll that could not speak and move and her actions will be depending on someone.
B. Activities
The class will be divided into four. Each group will arrange the jumbled letters into a
word. The fastest group will be the winner.
C. Analysis
The teacher will ask the students idea why the story entitled “A Doll’s House”.
The teacher will introduce the author.
The teacher will introduce the major characters.
The teacher will ask questions about the story.
The teacher will ask the students about adjective.
D. Application
The teacher asks the students to arrange the summary key points in order.
IV. Assessment
The teacher asks the students to answer the following questions.
The teacher asks the students to create a sentence, they will describe their mother and
father, and write in a 1 whole sheet of paper, the sentence must have adjective.
V. Assignment
Read the story entitled “The Five Boons of Life” by Mark Twain.
