OV The registered office of the company shall be
situated at the office of the jalandhar, Punjab.

member.

special interest groups;

OV To set up marketing distribution system for the
product range.

related to the consumer.
OV To raise funds for the company;
OV To provide groups benefits like health service,
health insurance, medical service etc.
OV To mobilize funds required to manage the
affairs and activities of the company.
OV To further such objects as the general body may
decide from time to time. The name, address,
and occupation of the members subscribing to
the memorandum of association the date of
formation: 
OV The liability of the members is limited.
OV The capital of company 1000000 lake divided
into 100000 equity share of RS/-10 each with
power to issue any of shares in the capital,
original or increased with or subject to any
preferential, special or qualified rights or
conditions, as regards dividends, repayment of
capital, voting or otherwise.

Membership: The Company shall consist of
Patrons, Fellows, Life Members, Ordinary
Members, Institution Members and Learned
Bodies, as follow
OV Fellows: Shall be persons, who are eminent and have
contributions to Science and Technology, with
particular reference to growing of Orchids and
recommended by the Executive Committee and who
would be willing to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees
Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) as one-time
lump-sum payment towards membership.

OV Life Members: Shall be persons who are interested


in the aims and objectives of the Association and
are willing to pay a lump-sum subscription ofRs.1,
000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) and are
accepted as such by the f the Executive Committee.
However, in the case of retired persons and those
who have attained the age of 60 (sixty only), the
subscription shall be Rs.500/- (Rupees Five
Hundred Only) and accepted by the Executive
Committee.
OV Ordinary Members: Shall be persons who pay a
membership fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred
Only) per annum; plus an admission fee of Rs.10/-
(Rupees Ten Only) payable in the first year only
and are accepted as such by the Executive
Committee.
OV Institution Members & Learned Bodies: Shall be
those who pay twice the fees paid by the Fellows
and/or Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only),
and are accepted as such by the recommendation
of the Executive Committee.

OThere shall be
TWO (2) administrative bodies of the Association:-

A. eneral Body
B. Executive Committee.

A. The eneral Body of the Association:

The eneral Body consists of all the members


including the following elected members of the
Association:

(a) The President


(b) xice- President
(c) Secretary
(d) Treasurer
(e) Three Executive Members All the office bearers
of the Association should ordinarily presidents of
Bangalore.

Functions of the eneral Body:

1. To ensure smooth and efficient working of the


Association
2. To select and nominate office bearers of the
Association.
]3. To review the annual report and audited
statement of accounts.
4. To consider and adopt amendment of the rules
whenever necessary.
5. To make recommendations on matters of broad
policy for furtherance of the aims and objectives of
the Association.
