The name chosen for this business is Move It Stationary. This name presents that Move It
Stationary is a business where people can do printing services and eating at the café. Move
It Stationary shows our business attraction that we can send the printed stuff at front of the
door, customer only need to email the stuff to the business mail. From the business, Move It
Stationary believed that this can ease everyone. Students is the main target of Move It
Stationary business. Furthermore, Move It Stationary wants to make people realize that the
evolution of printing service is exist and effective. Move It Stationary wants the customers to
be satisfied with our services and products in café and be loyal customers.

1.2 NATURE OF BUSINESS

The printing industry consist of doing products like newspapers, magazines, books to
brochures, t-shirts and banners, posters and etc. There are a few establishments related to
the printing services such as prepress, binding, finishing and embossing services. The
catalogues, newspapers insert, pamphlets, and advertisement are printed by the creation of
commercial lithographic printing. Based on the trend, printing industry shows a good stable
pattern of increment for the past 10 years. Theoretically, based on the law of supply and
demand itself, which generally, low supply and high demand, increase price. By then, income
can be generated (increase price) as in this modernised world, the supply for the printing
industry is still low indeed the customers are demanding for this kind of services day by day.

1.3 INDUSTRY PROFILE

Move It Stationary is a business established in 2018 for remaking texts and images neither
keeping the original version nor edit it into a better version depending on the customers
demand based on the meaning of printing itself. The objective of Move It Stationary is to
provide services to the one in needs in reproducing the images and texts which the main
target is the students because students are the one who populated the most in the area of
where this business are carried out. Low prices being offered not just to attract students but
also to attract the others. One of the main targets, provide solution to current common
problem for the most of the customers which the customers are searching for printing
services in the late night time. So, extending the business hour until 1.00 A.M. to 2.00A.M. ,
is one of the solution taken to improvise the services besides the delivery to the customers if
they need the delivery services. A small cafeteria is created alongside all those printing
services just in case the customers want to wait at the shop until their order is done. By all
that have been stated, there is one fact needed to be understand which is the risks that wil
come from this business itself which are extra working hours for the employee, higher
maintenance costs, higher variable costs, short of employees and e.t.c. depending on the
situation.

6.1 Marketing Objective

i) New Business

 To introduce people an easy method to get their printed stuff and stationery

stuff without going to the shop and help them to save their time especially for

last minute printing issue.

 To provide stationery stuff in the shop for the walk in customer.

 Achieving good product with affordable price and great quality.

 Increase business branch in other states and strong business market.

 To promote the sales of the services and existing product from supplier to the

customer.

6.1.1 Volume Purchase

Move It Stationery is a business that take product from retailer and doing

some printing service with a few deliveries. The stationery goods are bought in large

quantities at low price and sell those in small quantities at higher prices to consumer

for the profit. Research and test have been makes to put the suitable price for the

goods and services. As the profit earned is from the marketing price as being plan in

the marketing of Move It Stationery business. As our target and range per month for

customer to buy our goods and services are from RM3000-RM4000. The quantity

bought of each customer about RM50 average of products and services. Especially

the student, lecturer and school teacher that searching for learning stuff. Move It

Stationery business will buy the goods more than target and our business can increase

our market by market share with other company.

Move It Stationery looking for the best quality of goods to fulfill our

customer satisfaction. All the products been bought in good condition and well

checked by the Q & C department in factory before get into our business. Our
business will also do few research and analysis about the product from retailer and

ensure the product chosen is the best and satisfying. This kind of act can avoid any

loss that can affect our marketing plan and profit.

Move It Stationery is a company in urban area which in Pasir Gudang, Johor

Bahru. There are lots of universities and schools which happen to be the targeted

customers. So, the targeted customer will need some goods and service for their

works not every day but must in a week. The targeted customer will emphasize the

quality of goods and services instead of quality.

Move It Stationary target are from young generation until the old generation

that need stationery goods and printing services. As the business not focused on one

Every year our business will make lucky draw for our member of Move It Stationery.

This lucky draw that we suggest can increase the commitment for our existing

customer and attract new customer. Point will be given for our member in every

purchase, they can redeem the point depends on the quantity of point that they get.

The best strategies of our business is website. From the website, our customer

can order stationery goods and printing stuff. Our customer only need to send their

work through email and put the specification that needed for printing their works. In

our website, we will promote our new product to customer. Every week we will get

new stuff and promotes through our website. Our business only takes the best quality

of stuff. In our website we provide sales, promoting branded product and introduce

more detail about our stuff and services. We also make customer feedback for

improving our business flow.

Move It Stationery choose urban area as our place for shop lot. This because

our area near to customer and ease customer to visit our shop lot to get our service

and goods. The shop area located at strategic area because near the target market

especially students and office worker. Hence our business will easier for sending the
