特德世纪蒙古项目的阻尼箱整改方案

一、根据现场反馈的照片，阻尼箱内底部有积水，初步分析为雨水从箱体外百叶窗进入箱体，
因底部没有排水孔导致水积在箱体底部。

二、针对现场实际情况做以下整改：
2.1、取消阻尼箱 4 面百叶窗孔，防止雨水从百叶窗进入箱体内部；
2.2、阻尼箱底部开通风孔，通风孔上侧安装防尘网，箱体顶部有散热通道，可保证阻尼箱内部
设备热量及时散发。
2.3、阻尼电阻装置在运行时热量 300W 左右，通过底部进风顶部出风散热通道，可以满足散热
需求。

三、阻尼箱运行说明：
3.1、阻尼电阻装置正常运行时，在中性点电压的作用下，会有电流流过阻尼电阻，有轻微发热，
可以减小低温影响；
3.2、我司阻尼电阻、可控硅、压敏电阻等元件都是宽温工作范围，能够在低温下正常运行；
3.3、我司消弧线圈成套装置产品也广泛应用于东北寒冷地区，电压等级最高达到 66kV，低温
最低也达零下 40 多度，目前运行情况良好。
综上，对于阻尼箱在低温能够可靠运行。

2. Make the following rectifications for the actual situation on site:

2.1. Cancel the 4 louvered window holes of the damping box to prevent rainwater from
entering the inside of the box through the blinds;
2.2. Ventilation holes are opened at the bottom of the damper box . The air filter
is installed on the upper side of the ventilating hole. The heat dissipation
channel is arranged at the top of the ventilating box to ensure the heat
dissipation of the internal equipment of the damper box.
2.3. The damping resistance device has a heat of about 300W during operation, and
it can meet the heat dissipation requirement through the bottom air inlet and the
top air outlet heat dissipation channel.

Third, the damping box operation instructions:
3.1. When the damping resistance device is in normal operation, under the action of
the neutral point voltage, there will be current flowing through the damping
resistor, which has slight heat and can reduce the influence of low temperature;
3.2, our damping resistors, thyristors, varistor and other components are wide
temperature working range, able to operate normally at low temperatures;
3.3. Our arc-extinguishing coil complete sets of products are also widely used in
the cold regions of Northeast China. The voltage level is up to 66kV, and the
lowest temperature is below 40 degrees. The current operation is good.
In summary, the damping box can operate reliably at low temperatures.
