Because of urgent current demands and needs at the time when the Red Book was being prepared for printing, only its General Conditions were translated and pub- lished, without its Part Il, containing: — Guidance for the Preparation of Particular Conditions, and ~ Formsofletterof Tender, ContractAgreement and Dispute Adjudication Agreement With these appendices, which, to, are pub- lished parallel in Serbian and English, we have completed al ofthe basic forms of FIDIC contracts which are applicable in contracting projects in Serbia, especialy those involving international participation.
