We would like to remind you that in January and February 2008, we have published the three other services agreements: Red Book (Contracts for Construction and Engineering Works), Yellow Book (Conditions of Contract for Electrical and Mechanical Works) and Or- ‘ange Book (Design and Construction on Tum- key Basis). Even though after the two previously men- tioned contracts, FIDIC has published in the meantime the so-called new Yellow Book and the so-called Silver Book, the earlier models (Yellow and Orange books) are still in wide- spread use, since they are based on an equi- table distribution of risks between clients and ‘contractors.
