1. Press key to toggle between A and B.
2. If applicable, end call to transfer call to B.

2. Press OK to show entries.
3. Press arrow keys to call number or delete entry.
3 - Redial
1. Press button
2. Choose from previously dialed numbers using the arrow keys
3. Pick up handset or press headset button to redial number.

Place a call
• Dial number and lift handset
• For handsfree mode or if headset is connected:
dial number and press corresponding buttons
Answer a call
• Lift handset
• For handsfree mode or if headset is connected:
press corresponding buttons
End a call
• Hang up handset
• For handsfree mode or if headset is connected:
press corresponding buttons
Hold and retrieve a call
During a call with party A:
• Press button once to hold
• Press again to retrieve
Consultation
During a call with party A:
1. Press OK to put A on hold.
2. Call party B.
3. If conversation with B is finished, press OK or
wait for B to end call.
4. You are connected to A again.

During a call with party A: 1. Press volume button while in idle mode to adjust

Call back
1. Call an internal party Party is busy or does not

callback is triggered and your phone rings.
4. Answer call back. The intended party is called.
Switch between handset, handsfree
mode or headset mode
To switch mode during a call:
• Press speaker button while simultaneously
putting down handset.
• Press headset button shortly and put down
handset. Need help?
• Lift handset to switch back.
