IV. RATIONALE

These activities are designed to facilitate the needs of the barangay in celebrating its
Linggo ng Kabataan and contributing to the town memorable celebration of its traditional and
cultural heritage through participating in the Halloween Costume Party planned by the
Sangguniang Kabataan Official of Jinalinan as well as various activities such as the celebration
of the All Saints Day, the Halloween Costume Contest, and other activities which form part of
commemorating our love ones.

V. OBJECTIVES

These activities are aimed at incorporating elements of fun and commemoration and
turning the people’s attention away from negative influences such as vices, drugs, etc and
promote harmonious relations among them. This celebration and festivities also strives to
establish the collective identity and distinction of the people of Jinalinan in this day as well as
highlight the traditional and cultural celebration of the Halloween.

 Stage Decoration -------------------------------------------------------- 3,000.00
