LETTER OF DEMAND

Mr. Fernando,

This letter is in connection with your obligation to our client, Mr. Ike
Quindo, owner of IVQ Enterprises, as regards to the various construction
materials you ordered and has already been delivered to you since the year of
2017. It is worth recalling that you incurred a total outstanding obligation of
TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIVE PESOS
(272, 605.00) exclusive of interest for such deliveries.

Mr. Fernando , pursuant to the provision of Batas Pambansa No. 22 in

conjunction with Republic Act 4885, we would like to remind you that your
failure to settle your obligation for the checks you have already issued to our
client is a prima facie evidence of deceit constituting false pretense or
fraudulent act punishable under the law.

In addition to such, we will be forced to file an administrative complaint

before the Professional Regulation Commission for the unprofessional
conduct that the profession requires and to file the respective complaint
before the Construction Industry Authority of The Philippines against your
construction company. The copies of the original receipts and the bounced
checks presented by our client are considered as strong evidence that you
have still an existing obligation to our client

Notably, you have been previously advised and notified by my client to

settle your obligation. But sad to say, the same turned futile in as much as you
refused to pay the principal amount.

Moreover, to avoid the rigors, expense and shame of public trial, you are
hereby demanded to settle your obligation. Otherwise, you will be proceeded
with accordingly.

You are given seven (7) days from receipt of this letter to settle your
obligation with our client at his office address at Barangay San Jose Antipolo
City. This letter will serve as the last demand; and, failure on your part to
make any settlement will leave us with no other recourse but to lodge the
necessary civil, criminal and administrative complaint mentioned.
Thank you and hoping for your immediate response regarding this
matter.

Very Truly Yours,

ATTY. JASON B. EVANGELISTA
