 Incoming Raw Material checking, Batch sheet preparation, Batching plant
Calibrations, ISO Documentation, various type of Trial mix and Admixture
and Cement Test. Operating Grades of Concrete M10-M70.
 Personally lead products, plant and Lab trials within the frame of the
“selling process” and assure that the same are conducted according to the
standard protocol.
 Provide technical service support to existing customers.
 Responsible for generate enquires, proposal submission, bidding
proposals preparation etc.
 Actively involved in Training, Presentation and Seminar for product
promotion at client end
 Strongly involved in commercial aspects of after sales activities like ensure
of timely payments, collection of taxation related documents etc.

.Taken the Safety Training from Saint Jones Ambulance Kolkata on 2012.

Notable Accomplishments:
 Grinding Aid was the new concept to the Cement industries. Successfully
launched the concept in most of the Cement plants in India.
 Maintained, strong customer focused attitude and hence successfully
retained the clients with Chryso in big competitive environment.
 Won Best Technical Assistance Award for the year 2010-2011.
  Was responsible for successfully implementing Grinding Aid in VRM.
 Site Supervision & others in Quality Control to satisfy the Client.
 Fix the w/c of the design to maintain the Strength & Setting time.
 Testing of Aggregates, Cement, And Concrete Cube and preparing trial
reports of the internal job sites are WIPRO, HSBC, GODREJ and
SOUTHCITY, Lafarge, UltraTech, Birla Corp, ACC,Ambuja.Etc.
 Knowing formulatation of Cement Grinding Aid.
