INTRODUCTION

With an orientation to the development of internet in Indonesia, which

proceeds at an outstanding speed, business people do no longer regard
internet only as a reliable and low-cost communication media, but they
begin to regard it as an assisting tool to acquire information in a quick
way, that will make them more competitive in the present globalization
era.

With reliable, dedicated internet connection services, it is expected that

the requirement for data communication of PT. MEGATRONIX MITRA
NIAGA can be met in high speed, and which is then expected to create
a positive impact on production efficiency, and which ultimately will
increase competitive power in the local as well as global market.

Consequently, we would hereby like to offer our services for internet

connection for PT. MEGATRONIX MITRA NIAGA.

OBJECTIVE

In order to improve information services, either data or IP-based voice

for 24 hours a day non-stop, 7 days a week without the necessity to
spend high cost, with accessibility of up to 99%.

WHY D-NET?

D-NET is a major Internet Service Provider company in Jakarta that was

established in 1995, with extensive experience in providing internet
services and technology solutions.

D-NET has Redundant Systems either for local access to Indonesia

Internet Exchange (IIX) or to International Internet Backbone that
ensures the continuity of high connectivity of up to 99%.

D-NET provides the guarantee that the Upstream and Downstream

Bandwidth received by Customer is symmetrical (Symmetric
Bandwidth) and dedicated, for instance, the agreed Bandwidth is 1024
Kbps, so the Customer will get 1024 Kbps for Upstream and 1024 Kbps
for Downstream.

D-NET Dedicated Connection Facilities:

● Virtual Private Network

Customer will be able to build Virtual Private Network over
internet between Branch Office, Head Quarter or another
requirements.
● Bandwidth Management
Customer will be able to control traffic flow in a
division/department or even to control traffic in and out at
PC in their office. Traffic control will effect to Bandwidth
efficiency
● Load Balancing
Traffic load could be controlled between two or more main
backbone, redundant backbone in the same office.
● Traffic Monitoring
Customer will be able to control by their self flow of traffic
in their office.
● Firewall
Maximum protection for network, D-NET will help to set-up
firewall according to customer needs.
● Server Co-location
Server co-location with IIX connection up to 100 Mbps and
International connection starts from 128 Kbps.
● D-NET Panel
Customer will be able to control by their self Email, DNS,
Web dan ftp.

D-NET provides the guarantee for high speed response time, namely
not more than 15 minutes after a disturbance, D-NET will respond with
an analysis of the problem that arises and an estimate of time to solve
the problem, and for every hour that follows, D-NET will notify the
Customer concerning the handling of the said problem.

D-NET provides Free Dial-Up for up to 3 accounts that can be used

outside the office for customers with high mobility.

D-NET provides 24-Hour service of Corporate Support for Complaints

and Technical Information for Customers for 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week at +62 21 2850 7007.

WIRELESS OFFICE READY

D-NET provides Wireless Office Ready for corporate customers with the
following features:

Wireless
Free installation of Wireless LAN that interconnects internal computers,
Notebook and PDA at Customer’s site. Without using any cables, so it is
practical and efficient.

Free Wireless ADSL Router and Firewall

D-NET provides Wireless ADSL Router and Firewall for Internet access
facility at Customer’s site through Notebook and PDA.

Free Router and Firewall setting

D-NET performs Router and Firewall setting which ensures that
customers will get maximum network protection.

Free Secondary MX Setting
This functions as temporary e-mail accommodation storage in the event
of a disturbance of local access.

Free Traffic Monitoring

The customer can monitor the capacity of Internet bandwidth used and
can perform efficiency of usage based on the said graph.

Free Public IP Address

D-NET provides up to 16 Static IP Addresses.

Free private domain (company.co.id)

Customer will get free company.co.id domain.

Free D-NET Panel

Customer will be able to control by their self password, forwarding,
automatic reply, number and Email size. To control zone, sub domain,
alias, mx record, SPF for DNS. HTML, mysql, php 5.x and file manager
for web and ftp.

Free Anti Virus and Anti Spam

This is intended to minimize the possibility of spamming and the spread
of virus in e-mail. D-NET uses Clam Anti Virus and Spamassasin.

With or Without Hardware

Various packages are available, which can be conformed with
customer’s requirement. For instance, the requirement for Internet
access only or Internet access complete with hardware and wireless
network installation.

Microsoft Application or Open Source Application

The customer can opt to use Linux or Microsoft application that is to be
conformed with the requirement and the available budget.

EARLY WARNING SYSTEM

D-NET have an Early Warning System is a system for monitoring all

activities of the entire client D-NET internet connectivity. In addtion this
system also has a function as an early warning incase of any
disturbance of connetivity on the client, so D-NET can provide solution
quikly and accurately.

CUSTOMER’S PREPAREDNESS

Wireless Office Ready can be directly used by customers to function as

single user or multiuser, regardless of whether the LAN (Local Area
Network) has or has not been available. With the provision of Wireless
Router and Firewall, computers in the customer’s office can be
interconnected in an integrated network.
Wireless Office Ready has flexible packages starting from the provision
of internet only up to the supply of hardware and software. With such
system, no special preparation is required.
