hereby declare that on Tuesday 17th April 2018 at about 11.30 a.m. a water supply pump brand Yamaha
which applied during water well drilling work at Sri Datai Office site Bukut has been lost. The water
supply pump was located about 200 meters from water well and was known has been lost while the
assistant driller was intending to replace the spark plug of its engine. We suspect that the water supply
pump potentially was stolen while all workers were focused installing pvc casing into the hole.
This official report was made by the undersigned below in earnest.
