In the case of Re: Application of Adriano M. Hernandez to


Take the 1993 Bar Examination,15 the Supreme Court
stated therein in clear and unequivocal terms that the
Court will no longer allow graduates of foreign law schools
to take the bar examinations. Hernandez (Colombia School
of Law) was allowed but last one to be allowed to do so.
