communications are used to communicate geo-
processed 3D images to First Responders while in

Proven TECHNOLOGY
The SPI 3S Sensor is a unique efficient wide-angle field of view (FOV) system providing large swath of
terrestrial data high-resolution data.

Since the beginning, SPI sensors systems were


specifically designed to integrate into light aircraft and
Long-Range UAV platforms. Our design legacy is our
wide area 30 deg to 160° Field Of View.

WFOV Collection and Mapping

In 2018 SPI significantly upgraded the wide-area thermal mapping system. The system sweeps
across the flight path to achieve up to a 120 deg wide Field Of View (FOV) with additional +-20
deg stabilization, using high resolution cameras.
Collecting and processing geomatic imagery is now done in near real-time.
At 300kts and at 15,000 ft AGL we collect 500,000 Ha per hour.

Aircraft Operator Display The latest Systems development will perform


corridor mapping using a pre-flight Auto-Tracking
system. The sensor is programmed to aim at a
corridor centre line allowing pilots to concentrate
on flight control while images retain full seamless
capture .
