Photon Plus USB

1. Data exchange refers to total data transfer (Upload + Download).
2. The unutilized minutes/data limit cannot be carried forward to the next month.
3. All Internet services are provided by TATA Communications Ltd.
4. Call charges are calculated based on the call units, which are calculated by dividing call duration by the pulse rate defined in the Tariff Plan.
5. The call duration is measured with accuracy up to +/- 1 second as per TRAI Regulations.
6. This TEF is applicable for select cities where Photon+ coverage is available.
7. This TEF is not applicable for J&K
8. Voice calls will be barred on this device.
9. All the claims in respect of the working/non-working of USB modem shall lie only against the manufacturer and not against TTSL. Also the Customer understands that the fulfillment of warranty obligations is the
responsibility of the manufacturer.
10. Day/Night classification for data download eligibility in relation to a particular session will be done on the basis of time of the session. Usage during Day Hours (07:00 AM to 11:00 PM) would be considered as day
usage and usage during Night hours (between 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM) would be considered as night usage
11. The rentals and usage charges would be charged on the basis of the billing cycle fixed by TTSL.
12. If the services were subscribed at any time in the middle of the billing cycle then the first bill for rentals would be charg ed on pro rata basis. Accordingly the free usage if any as per the opted plan would be
available on pro rata basis and the usage charges for any usage over and above the free prorated usage limit would be charged at actual.
13. The add-on packs will be applicable only on MB based plans with monthly rental greater than or equal to Rs 750. The pack will not be applicable on plans with day/night or Peak/Off-peak usages
14. Night Surf 10 GB pack is applicable only on Photon+2GB, Photon+ Mega 5GB, Photon+ Power Surf & Photon+ Super Surf
15. Advance Rentals once paid will not be refundable.
16. For Advance Rental Plans, the subscription period is 12 months for Annual ARP.
17. Migration to other plans would not be possible post activation.
