hey .. i m used to do this on ubuntu 13.10 .. and it works

fine , i can conneect my tablet .. but yesterday i changed to
Elementary Os .. i found the access point and when i
connect to it , it stuck on obtaining Ip adress ..

After starting the hotspot, my phone sees the connection
