Minutes of the CI Meeting held last September 27, 2018, 11:00AM at Senior High School Building

I. Invocation
The meeting started with a prayer led by Mrs. Genevieve Sumundong.

II. Attendance.
The attendance was checked by Ms. Cathy Arnoco. There were 3 members present. (See
attached)

III. Welcome
Mrs. Sumundong welcomed everybody.

IV. Agenda
 Introduction of CI School Monitoring Team
 Other Matters

V. Discussion
 Introduction of CI School Monitoring Team
Mrs. Sumundong introduced the composition of the CI School Monitoring
Team and discuss its functions one by one. She also highlighted the different activities that the school
monitoring team must evaluate and interpret.
 Other Matters
Ms. Arnoco mentioned the unavailability of materials, thus suggesting that the
team create their own. Mr. Cotales, on the other hand, suggested that they benchmark on the
different evaluation forms to which everybody agreed.

VI. Adjournment.
There are no other concerns being raised. Mr. Cotales moved for the adjournment of the
meeting duly seconded by Mrs. Arnoco. The meeting was adjourned at 11:55 AM.
