By authorising this payment, I hereby accept full responsibility and will not dispute this transaction. I 
also  acknowledge  that  Hugo’s  Way  will  take  no  responsibility  for  this  transaction  and  understand 
that Hugo’s Way will process the funds accordingly and to the recipient aforementioned.  

Hereafter,  should  the  recipient  wish  to  fund  their  account  via  another  person’s  Zelle  (i.e  3rd  party 
deposit), (s)he will be required to submit a new copy of the Letter of Authorisation. 

In addition to this document, the sender of the funds must provide the documentation below;​  

1. A copy of the receipt provided by Zelle (Including the confirmation number). 

2. A valid copy of the senders personal identification (This must be signed). 
3. A Selfie photo of the sender with a piece of paper displaying the full name.
